Yuzuki and I thought about getting to know each other without talking, and thought that our phones and their data might know a lot. So we wrote texts with the automatic suggestions of our keyboards. Then, we asked the class to write some in turn, to broaden our subject.

For the video, I collected videos of people who were not aware that they were being filmed by their webcam. I realised afterwards that some of them were faking it, and that in many of the videos, you can see another person behind the gag.
We chose to play with the notions of intimacy and transparency, which is why we printed the texts on a large transparent fabric. The layout of the texts is reminiscent of open windows on a screen.
We were interested in this play between digital and material.
